About the event
Free and open to all--no need to be a member! Elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, and belts allowed. Touch-and-go without bouncing off the chest; no pause needed. Winners decided by points (IPF GoodLifts). Arrive early! Need to weigh-in, know your settings on a competition bench, and warm up prior to starting at noon.
May have vendors and special guest(s).
