WHO IS THIS FOR?
It is for anyone wanting to learn or get better at these lifts. This will be the best 2 hours any CrossFitter could make time for, but it is for everyone; from beginners to competitive athletes.
Whether you’re looking to learn how to clean and jerk for the first time, or maybe you struggle with mobility, dropping into that deep squat, or locking out those shoulders overhead, this session will break down both movements and build them back up to provide you with new points of focus that maybe you haven't been made aware of before to make the progress you are looking for.
If you’re a seasoned CrossFitter and or Olympic Lifter but stuck on that stubborn 5-10 lbs increase and looking for ways to hit that new PR, THIS IS FOR YOU!
This hands-on interactive class will leave you feeling confident with your clean and jerk, familiar with the barbell, and feeling more efficient, mobile, and powerful.
