Join us at our high-energy dance cardio sessions with the capitol city's best, Erica Nix and Fitcidence!

Pump up the jams and moves with our dance-fit cardio series at Republic Square Park every Saturday morning! You'll find a blend of freestyle, choreography, and toning grooves to keep you feeling energized and confident.

Classes are free and open to the public with ticket registration. Bring your own mat.

Meeting Location: Republic Square Park. Meet at the Auction Oak deck just south of Rosen's Bagels underneath the big oak!
