Move & Meditate - Free Community Workout

"2nd Annual AFSP Fundraiser!! We'll sweat with a bodyweight workout, recover with some yoga, and pow wow over some 'za. We are so excited to be able to hold this year's workout and yoga at Fast Friends Beer Co. It's our favorite kind of place -- Dogs are allowed on the patio and there's a gated area for kids to play 😍 so feel friend to bring the fam!"
