About the event
At Pax we believe that mental health and wellbeing is intertwined with physical health. Making a commitment to one’s physical well being is paramount to helping one manage their mental health. We aspire to build a community of individuals who strive to not only be physically fit but also mentally fit.
With this mission in mind we are launching our brand with an event built around the connection between physical and mental health.
We will have live fitness classes, health talks, healthy food, probiotic mocktails, IV recovery stations, massages, cold plunges, and more!
50% of all proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the HOGG Foundation for Mental Health. Every ticket includes 1 entry into our giveaway raffle featuring items from Pax and our event partners.
This will also be an opportunity to purchase Pax activewear before we go on sale to the general public.
