Unlock the secrets of bodyweight, mobility drills, crawling patterns, and other ground-based locomotion, and learn how to seamlessly integrate them into fluid chain movement sequences or "flows".

Step into a transformative 2-day bodyweight-only workshop led by Phase SiX founders, Steph and Jay Rose. Immerse yourself in the art of bodyweight mastery, mobility drills, crawling patterns, and ground-based locomotion. Learn to weave these movements into fluid sequences—your new "flows."

DAY 1: Building Strength Through Unconventional Techniques

🕘 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM

We start the workshop with our full-body joint mobility warm-up—an all-encompassing routine targeting every joint from head to toe. From there, we lay the foundation with our most effective bodyweight strength and mobility drills, designed to build strength, durability, and resilience.  

Then, delve into unconventional training techniques that challenge your muscles in unique ways, promoting full-body stability and helping you thrive in "uncomfortable" positions. It’s time to shift your mindset from speed to intentional, controlled movement.

DAY 2: Mastering Ground-Based Locomotion and Movement Chains

🕘 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Day 2 kicks off with a dynamic movement prep circuit to prime your body for the day’s work. We’ll dive deep into various crawling patterns and ground-based locomotion exercises, rooted in Martial Arts and offering transferable benefits across all fitness disciplines.

Next, we focus on rolling techniques—breaking down each element into manageable pieces to help you overcome any fear. We’ll culminate with chain movement patterns, guiding you on how to seamlessly connect movements into one harmonious flow. Unleash your creativity with a group task that allows you to experiment with your unique movement style!

Throughout the workshop, we prioritize longevity training, ensuring you not only excel and build strength in the movements but also safeguard your body for the long haul. Gain profound insights into fundamental principles, empowering you to build a solid foundation that enhances mobility, flexibility, longevity, and resilience.
