Texas Wellness Day is back! Join us on the trail for a morning of movement, music, and community at Austin’s beautiful Fiesta Gardens. Whether you want to get your sweat on, enjoy live music, discover local wellness vendors, or simply spend a fall morning outdoors- this event has something for everyone.

Don't forget this is all choose your own adventure, so do what you'd like, leave what you don't, and stop by the vendors market to mix, mingle, and shop!

• 🧘 Yoga Flows for all ages and abilities – Move and stretch in a welcoming environment.
