Be sure to arrive early to obtain your size, as they'll be limited.The Eastside Beer Runners, our beloved Wednesday evening run club, will be leading the two and four mile routes---and all paces are welcome to join.And Cap10K will be collecting your old shoes to recycle. Make plans to sacrifice your old running shoes at the altar of the Tiki Totem of Running and ensure a successful race season.
