About the event
Weigh ins will be held Friday night 3/31 6:30PM-8PM and Saturday morning 4/1 at 9AM!
Events: 3 Bar Deadlift Ladder -There will be 3 bars set up on a platform. Power bar, Power bar, Deadlift bar will be the order. You will start not strapped in to the bar. There will be a 60 second time limit. You will perform 1 rep on the 1st power bar and 2nd power bar, and rep out the last bar. there will be a down command for each and every rep. Do not jump any of the down commands or you will be asked to re-pick and re-do the rep. Equipment Allowed: straps, figure 8’s, knee/elbow sleeves, hard/soft belt, chalk
Equipment NOT Allowed: deadlift suits, briefs or any sort of tacky
Max Axle C/P -This will be a special HBC Last Man Standing format. We will have a line formed, and when you come up to the bar, you will state your name for the judge and wait for the start command. All competitors must take every single jump attempt. If you jump the down command, you will be asked to re-take your attempt. 60 second time limit per attempt from the time you step on the platform. If you miss the attempt during the 60 second time limit, you are out. Conditioning is the name of the game here. Womens starting weight will be 70 lbs and will take 10 lb jumps. Men's weight will be 135 lbs and will take 20 lb jumps. Equipment Allowed:
Knee/elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, hard/soft belt, grip shirts, chalk
Equipment NOT Allowed:
Any sort of tacky/tacky towel
Arm Over Arm Sled Drag -You will start seated at one end of the turf. You will have a volunteer there to pull the slack out of the rope as you pull. There will be a 60 second time limit to complete the pull. Rules are simple, pull as fast, and as hard as you can until the sled completely crosses the line. Whole implement must cross the line for the timer to stop!
Equipment Allowed:
knee/elbow sleeves, gloves, wrist wraps, hard/soft belt, chalk
Equipment NOT Allowed:
Any sort of tacky/tacky towel
Sandbag/Yoke Medley -There will be a sandbag and yoke lined up 40’ apart from each other. You will start at the sandbag hands off. When the whistle blows, you will pick the sandbag and carry it 40’ down the course to the yoke and drop it past the line. If you drop it before the line, you will be asked to pick it again to cross the line. Once the sandbag has crossed the line, you will turn and pick the yoke, and run it back down the 40’ course. The entire yoke must cross the taped finish line. Time will stop once the entire yoke has crossed the line. 60 second time limit to complete the course.

knee/elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, hard/soft belts, glove, chalk
Equipment NOT Allowed:
Any sort of tacky/tacky towel, briefs or any type of suit
Single Arm Max Height Sandbag Toss -There will be a throw bag line up in front of a yoke. 60 second time limit per attempt. After each competitor has completed each height successfully, the height will jump 1’ until last person is left standing. Highest throw wins. Starting height will be 12’ for men and 10’ for women. Can only use one arm to throw. Weight for women will be 15 lbs. Men's weight will be 30 lbs.

Equipment NOT Allowed:
Any sort of tacky/tacky towel
