Katie specializes in empowering women who embrace a vegan lifestyle or are transitioning to one, to achieve remarkable fitness goals by building muscle, shedding excess fat, and setting new personal records in the gym, all without relying on animal-derived products. At the core of her approach lies the Cruelty-Free Badass community, meticulously cultivated to inspire and support these exceptional women in embracing their true potential, both within the gym and beyond.




As one of the most educated coaches in the country, and one of only a handful trained to work with the brain to improve pain, movement, and performance I am uniquely suited to help you achieve your goals. I have worked with people of all ages and walks of life over a 25+ year career (from ages 15-88, housewives to NFL, PGA, and Olympic level athletes).
