The "440" represents a perfected workout signature: 4 stations for 40 minutes total. At each 10-minute station, members tackle three different exercises for three rounds each, creating an efficient and high-intensity training rhythm.

ELITE STRENGTH & AFTERBURN

Experience a high-intensity blend of Strength Oriented Resistance training designed to burn up to 800 calories in a single session. This targeted approach triggers the "Afterburn" effect, keeping your metabolism elevated for up to 48 hours post-workout.
