Born and raised in Houston, TX, I grew up active in sports and later discovered my passion for fitness while pursuing my education—a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Texas State and a Master’s in Kinesiology from A&M–Kingsville. My own fitness journey began in 2014, evolving from trial-and-error workouts to structured programming, proper nutrition, and eventually competing in bodybuilding, where I earned multiple top finishes. Now a Certified Exercise Physiologist and Nutrition Coach, I specialize in helping individuals of all backgrounds—from general fitness to those with health risks—transform their health, build sustainable habits, and reach their goals with a balanced approach.


Fitness has been a lifelong foundation for Thomas, with roots in competitive sports and a strong background in powerlifting, where he rose to president of the Texas Tech Powerlifting Club and qualified for national competition early on. His experience expanded into bodybuilding and CrossFit, ultimately leading him to pursue personal training full-time after a successful career in automotive sales. Since beginning his training career in 2018, he has helped numerous clients achieve lasting results through a balanced approach that combines exercise, nutrition, and education. Now an independent trainer in Austin, he offers flexible, personalized coaching while continuing to pursue his own goals in competitive bodybuilding, driven by a passion for constant growth both for himself and his clients.
