She fought through anxiety and self doubt to become a Nationally Qualified Bodybuilding Competitor. Fitness has been a lifelong foundation for Thomas, with roots in competitive sports and a strong background in powerlifting, where he rose to president of the Texas Tech Powerlifting Club and qualified for national competition early on. His experience expanded into bodybuilding and CrossFit, ultimately leading him to pursue personal training full-time after a successful career in automotive sales. Since beginning his training career in 2018, he has helped numerous clients achieve lasting results through a balanced approach that combines exercise, nutrition, and education. Now an independent trainer in Austin, he offers flexible, personalized coaching while continuing to pursue his own goals in competitive bodybuilding, driven by a passion for constant growth both for himself and his clients.

I grew up playing sports, and I loved the training and conditioning aspect of it. I knew it was something I wanted to do after I finished my sports career. After college, I became a certified fitness trainer through the American Council of Exercise. After a few years training at a national gym, I wanted to create my own fitness program, and so JustFit began!



We at Hulk Built focus only long term solutions. We don't focus on being perfect or even always optimal. Instead we focus on what you can do right now, with the cards that you are dealt. What I mean by this is we work with your job, your schedule, and the priorities you have in your life (e.g. family, 2 jobs, etc.).
If you only have 3 days to workout then great! If you have 5 days then great!
We focus on what you can actually do CONSISTENTLY RIGHT NOW! We build out your system that will get you to your finish line(your goal) and through it! Our job is to teach you the value of investing in yourself again so you have more to give the world !


Hi, I'm Sammy a fitness coach with a background in gymnastics and over four years of experience helping people build strength, confidence, and lasting habits. Fitness has shaped my life from a young age, and today I continue to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle that keeps me strong inside and out. I've worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, helping them reach goals that feel meaningful and sustainable. My mission: to help you create a lifestyle you love — one that lasts far beyond the gym.



Born and raised in Houston, TX, I grew up active in sports and later discovered my passion for fitness while pursuing my education—a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Texas State and a Master’s in Kinesiology from A&M–Kingsville. My own fitness journey began in 2014, evolving from trial-and-error workouts to structured programming, proper nutrition, and eventually competing in bodybuilding, where I earned multiple top finishes. Now a Certified Exercise Physiologist and Nutrition Coach, I specialize in helping individuals of all backgrounds—from general fitness to those with health risks—transform their health, build sustainable habits, and reach their goals with a balanced approach.
