Marie Belle Pérez Rivera, Ph.D., CPT, E-RYT 500 is a powerhouse of a teacher, athlete, artist, writer, community leader, and experience maker. She is a globally recognized yoga teacher, expert in Somatic and Embodiment Practices for Reducing Stress, Developing Resilience, and Healing Trauma, and a Latina health coach, Personal Trainer, and small business owner.



Born and raised in Houston, TX, I grew up active in sports and later discovered my passion for fitness while pursuing my education—a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Texas State and a Master’s in Kinesiology from A&M–Kingsville. My own fitness journey began in 2014, evolving from trial-and-error workouts to structured programming, proper nutrition, and eventually competing in bodybuilding, where I earned multiple top finishes. Now a Certified Exercise Physiologist and Nutrition Coach, I specialize in helping individuals of all backgrounds—from general fitness to those with health risks—transform their health, build sustainable habits, and reach their goals with a balanced approach.



As one of the most educated coaches in the country, and one of only a handful trained to work with the brain to improve pain, movement, and performance I am uniquely suited to help you achieve your goals. I have worked with people of all ages and walks of life over a 25+ year career (from ages 15-88, housewives to NFL, PGA, and Olympic level athletes). My journey into personal training was inspired by my own transformation, both mentally and physically, through exercise. This personal experience fuels my desire to empower others to achieve their health and fitness goals, regardless of their starting point or perceived limitations.






I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer. I am highly experienced in designing programs that are safe, effective, and tailored to your individual needs.
