4th Annual 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb w/ No Straight Path

• Workout: 2200 steps (stair climb)

On September 11, 2001, 2,977 lives were lost including 343 firefighters who climbed toward danger to save others.

The 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb is held every year to honor their sacrifice and we climb 2,200 steps, symbolizing the 110 stories of the Twin Towers.

This year, we’re taking on Mt. Bonnell (106 steps per climb, 22 total climbs) to reach that 2,200-step mark.

For an added challenge we recommend bringing a weighted vest to simulate the gear worn by the firefighters that day.

This will be hot. This will be hard. This will be worth it.
