In this workshop, we'll dig deep into bench pressing to help you lift heavier and smoother. We will cover: 🏋🏼♀️ Bench mechanics. What is the goal of benching, and why do we do it? ✅ Coaching cues. What micro improvements can we make to improve bench pressing outcomes? 🧘🏽♀️ Mobility gaps. What happens when form breaks down due to limited range of motion, aches, pains, etc. 📝 Programming. How should you program squatting and accessory movements to help facilitate a stronger bench press? This is a hands-on workshop. Expect to learn, move, and get STRONG.
