About the event
The Open event takes place MARCH 1st from 5.30-8.30pm and EVERYONE is invited - bring your friends, family, colleagues, neighbors to cheer and support the guys and girls working out in our FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS. Enjoy a few hours of CrossFit to the sounds of our live DJ, Snacks from Freebirds burritos, drinks by FitAid, meal prep by The Meal Pros and a FREE raffle for everyone that attends with GREAT PRIZES TO BE WON!! ATHLETE HEATS @ 5.30PM & 6.30PM COACH HEAD-TO-HEAD FINALE @ 7.30PM - MR.T Vs DR. CHASE! 24.1 Will be our workout o the day ALL DAY so no matter what class you come to from 6am, you will be doing the Open.
