F45 Lakeway x Athleta: Sweat + Shop Event

Join us for a fun, full-body F45 workout at Athleta, followed by a private shopping experience just for attendees. 💪✨

This workout is open to all fitness levels — our coaches will provide modifications so everyone feels supported and challenged.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat

• Water bottle

• Towel

• Workout attire + athletic shoes

Please arrive 10 minutes early to get checked in and set up with plenty of time.

After we sweat, enjoy a relaxed, private shopping experience with time to browse, connect, and refresh your wardrobe.
