Join us Saturday, July 19 from 12:00–5:00 PM at CrossFit 3 Strands as firefighters from across Texas throw down in competition right here in Pflugerville. 💪🔥
We’re honored to host the CrossFit division of an event that celebrates the strength, grit, and heart of our first responders.
🔥 Workout 1: “Mayday” has officially been released, and the remaining workouts will be posted by the end of this week.
Come out, cheer on these athletes, and help us support the men and women who serve our communities every day.
