This USPC meet, in addition to offering a full “SBD” (Squat, Bench Press & Deadlift) option for all divisions and ages, will also include:

• BD (Bench Press & Deadlift)

• Bench Press Only

• Deadlift Only

Now added:

• Squat Only

• Squat & Bench Press

• Squat & Deadlift

  ➡️ All available for single lift records and awards!

Lifters may also add Crossover Divisions (e.g., Bench Only or Deadlift Only) for an additional fee — giving another shot at records and medals at the end of the day.
