How it Works:
▪️Grab a team of up to 4 people (or join another group) and sign up for your start time online 👯♀️
▪️ Come 10 mins early to grab your wristband and make sure you start on time ✔️
▪️Send it - 8 events, 4 mins each of max cals/reps, 60 second rest between stations. 💪
▪️Grab a photo with your team 📸
