Anti-Bullying Seminar
January 24th 10:30am-11:30am
Confidence. Awareness. Control.
Bullying isn’t solved by teaching kids to fight. It’s solved by teaching them how to carry themselves, set boundaries, stay calm under pressure, and respond with confidence.
This Anti-Bullying Seminar is a structured, age-appropriate workshop designed to help children understand what bullying really is, how to recognize it early, and how to handle it safely and effectively, both verbally and physically, without escalating the situation.
What Your Child Will Learn
How to identify bullying vs. normal conflict
How posture, eye contact, and voice affect how others treat you
How to set clear verbal boundaries with confidence
When to walk away, when to get help, and when self-defense is appropriate
Simple, controlled self-defense concepts focused on control, escape, and safety, not retaliation
How We Teach It
This is not an aggressive or fear-based seminar. Everything is taught with control, supervision, and respect.
Clear discussion and real-life scenarios kids understand
Partner drills that are safe, non-threatening, and age-appropriate
Emphasis on self-control, discipline, and awareness
Reinforcement of respect, for themselves and others
Who This Is For
Kids who want more confidence
Kids who struggle with standing up for themselves
Kids who may be dealing with teasing or bullying
Parents who want their child prepared, not panicked
No prior martial arts experience is required.
Our Goal
Our goal is simple: Your child leaves calmer, more confident, and better prepared to handle difficult situations, at school and beyond.
This seminar reflects how we train every day at Team Rabadi: professional instruction, strong values, and skills that actually transfer into real life.
