The Phoenix is a partner competition created for Intermediate and Scaled competitors. This event is designed to be challenging and fun for the athlete with competitive experience as well as those wanting to try their first competition.
Teams of (M/M, F/F) pairs will take on three events throughout the day. The top four teams in each division will advance to the finals.

Will the workouts be released?
Yes, they will be released during early registration.
Where is the event taking place?
CrossFit SoChac11600 Manchaca Rd #301, Austin, TX 78748Is there an age limit to compete?Yes. With parent’s signature you can compete from age 14+.
What should I bring?
There will be an athlete area just outside the bay doors. Bring tents, chairs, towels, blankets, food, water, basically anything to make you comfortable between workouts.
Parking
Participants will receive an aerial map with marked designated parking around the building.Refunds & Athlete ChangesNo refunds. In the event an athlete is unable to compete, no matter the circumstance, you may sub however we must be notified via email prior to the event info@crossfitsochac.com The new team members will need to complete a waiver.
