DISCIPLINE OVER COMFORT — MEET & TRAIN 🏃‍♂️🏋️‍♀️

Discipline Over Comfort is bringing the fitness community together for a morning built around movement, training, connection, and community.

Join us Sunday, October 18, 2026, at House of Gainz — 235 W Canyon Ridge Dr., Austin, TX 78753 for a FREE Meet & Train featuring DOC, House of Gainz, ASL Run ATX, Clean Eatz, Cam’s, and LyFlo Protein Water.

We’ll kick things off from 7:00–7:45 AM with a 2-mile run led by ASL Run ATX, followed by a DOC-led workout from 8:00–9:00 AM. Then from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM, stick around for the raffle, social, and an opportunity to meet the coaches and connect with the community.

Admission is FREE with a signed waiver at the door.
