Come out and join us for the Inaugural Family Field Day , a free community wellness event presented by Epsilon Iota Foundation and The New You on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Texas Empowerment Academy, 5800 E. Parmer Ln, Austin, TX 78653. This is all about bringing the community together for a day of fun, movement, good energy, and healthy living in a welcoming space for all ages.
You can expect health screenings, fitness and wellness tips, community vendors, a blood drive, voter registration, music, games, and family-friendly field day activities throughout the day. Whether you want to get active, connect with local resources, support small vendors, or just come enjoy a great time with the community, this is an event you will not want to miss.
