NEW House of Gainz Location Opens in Cedar Park

AUSTIN (Austin Fitness Community) - On Monday, January 26, House of Gainz opened the doors to its third, and most impressive, location yet in Cedar Park.

Located at 13945 US-183 D105, the new 32,000 square foot facility isn’t just an expansion. It’s a full realization of the vision the locally owned gym has been building toward for years.

A grand opening celebration is planned for March or April, but members are already experiencing what Owner Keith Fischer calls the most complete version of House of Gainz yet.

“Opening our third location is a huge milestone for House of Gainz. It represents years of hard work, learning from our first two gyms, and building a community that truly believes in what we’re doing,” Fischer shared. “This location is especially meaningful because we built it from ground zero. It allowed us to bring our full vision to life — more space, better flow, more equipment, and an overall higher experience for our members.”

Built From Experience

The decision to open a third location wasn’t rushed. It came from consistent growth and clear demand.

“Members were asking for more space, more equipment, and locations closer to where they live,” Fischer said. “That’s when we realized House of Gainz was becoming more than a gym — it was becoming a brand and a community.”

When the opportunity came up for a large space in a high-traffic Cedar Park corridor, the timing felt right.

“We had learned a lot from running the first two locations, so we were confident we could scale while keeping the same culture and quality people love about House of Gainz.”

Why Cedar Park Made Sense

With rapid growth in the area and a strong fitness presence already in place, Fischer saw a gap for a large, high-quality, non-corporate gym designed for serious training without losing a welcoming feel.

“The size of this building gave us the opportunity to do something special — more room for strength training, turf work, group training, and a layout that feels open instead of crowded.”

What Sets House of Gainz Apart

In a city full of gyms, House of Gainz leans into something different: community first, quality always.

“We’re not a corporate gym — we’re locally owned and hands-on, and we genuinely know our members by name,” Fischer emphasized. “People aren’t just coming in to work out; they’re coming in to be part of something.”

The gym’s evolution is shaped by member feedback, not trends.

“A lot of the improvements we’ve made over time have come directly from feedback. That’s helped us grow in a way that stays true to what people want.”

What’s Elevated at Location #3

This new space allowed the team to apply everything they’ve learned and level it up:

  • Significantly more open training space

  • Expanded turf and functional areas

  • More equipment to reduce crowding

  • Improved locker rooms and amenities

  • Dedicated recovery space

  • A modern, polished environment with the same House of Gainz vibe

“The biggest upgrade is the amount of space and the flow throughout the gym,” Fischer said. “Members can train comfortably no matter how busy it gets.”

More Than a New Gym

For Fischer and the House of Gainz team, this isn’t just another address.

“It’s not just about expanding locations — it’s about expanding the House of Gainz family and continuing to raise the standard for what a local gym can be.”
